HARVEST: manuel,early September

VINIFICATION light pressing of grapes,followed by cold conservation and fermmentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.

FERMENTATION TEMPERATURE 18degC,for 4-6 days

AGEING POTENTIAL: 1-2 years

OPTIMAL SERVING TEMPERATURE: 4-6 deg C

CELLAR AGEING: protect the bottles from exposure to light and temperature spikes at no more than 10 deg C
