VINE VARIETY:  100% NEBBIOLO specifically Lampa and Mitchet.  AVERAGE PLANTING YEAR:  1960   AVERAGE VINEYARD ALTITUDE: 310m   VINE TRAINING:  guyot   HARVEST:  Manual - mid October   VINIFICATION:  traditional method of crushing and destemming of the grape.Aged in oak casks   FERMENTATION:  30C and 15 days   AGEING: 2 years in oak casks, 2 years in bottle   AGEING POTENTIAL: Over 20 years   SERVING TEMP:18-20C   CELLAR AGEING Keep away from temperature spikes and keep horizontal.
